Contribute to the planning, development, communication, implementation, and evaluation of technology-infused strategic plans at the district and school levels: At YCSC I was fortunate in developing and presenting the following Prezi presentation for my peers. I was asked by administration to present during our Professional Development in August on how to incorporate technology in the classroom. In the 2013-14 school year, I developed a classroom website to address an attendance issue at our school along with creating a platform for a flipped classroom. During this event I was able to address questions educators had about classroom websites and shared best practices. After the presentation, from the 29 teachers in attendance, 18 where able to start and successfully implement a classroom website. |

d. Implement strategies for initiating and sustaining technology innovations and manage the change process in schools and classrooms:
The following presentation was made for the Masters of Science in Educational Technology program at Cal State Fullerton. As a teacher at a Charter School that focuses on serving at-risk high school students, I believe integrating new teaching methods and practices is crucial for student success. PBL and online hybrid learning provides a new environment to revitalize the self-esteem of at-risk high school students. I presented this presentation to my peers at LA CAUSA YouthBuild. We were able to share out ideas, implement strategies to our Project Based Learning model and focused developing a technology integration plan for the 2015-16 school year. Feel free to look at the following presentation where through literature review I intend to explore the following question: Does integrating PBL with hybrid learning technologies increase student engagement and participation for at risk high school students?
